"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened."
Anatole France
I just read an intriguing article from Dr. Becker that sites an Italian study, "proving" what dogs (and cats, and horses) have told me many times, they can smell our emotions and stress.
Not only that, they have told me how they smell disease and imbalances, harmony, joy, calm, peace and everything else we're experiencing.
How does that affect them?
How do they mirror our emotions, and why?
How can we be more aware and present with our emotions and understand how they perceive them?
Join me on Wednesday 1/10 to discuss and also receive a meditation to help you scan, perceive and modify your stress and emotions.
